Gloomy, dust-flecked drones begin this journey into the dark spaces, lulling the listener into a false sense of peace and safety. Half way through the title track, however, things begin to sour, as waves of noise slowly creep into view, like tendrils of some foul beast from beyond. These tendrils finally apply a strangle grip with a chilling denouement vocal sample drenched in dread. Melinoe and Dosis Letalis then have their way with the original material, carving it down to some of its fouler components, flensing away any feeling of the aforemention peace and safety in favor of abject misery and terror.
